Using LenPurity.com
These terms apply when you browse lenpurity.com, use its contact form or place an order through the LenPurity online store. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when completing an order or enquiry.
Products and availability
LenPurity currently sells household cockroach-and-ant control products. Product availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable before payment is captured, the order may be stopped and you will not be charged for that order.
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD). Online payment is completed through PayPal. PayPal may display the payable amount in its settlement currency before you approve the transaction. Review the amount shown by PayPal before completing payment.
An order remains pending until PayPal confirms payment. LenPurity does not collect or store your PayPal password or full payment-card number.
Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a working phone number. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier, weather, public holidays and address accessibility.
Product use and safety
Read and follow the directions and warnings supplied with the product. Keep pest-control products away from children, animals and food-contact surfaces unless the product label specifically permits the use. Do not ingest household pest-control products.
Orders, cancellations and refunds
Contact lenpurity@gmail.com as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Whether an order can be cancelled or refunded depends on its payment and dispatch status together with any rights that apply under Trinidad and Tobago law.
Website content
LenPurity owns or uses the text, photographs, graphics, branding and other site content with permission. You may view the site for personal use. Republishing or commercially reproducing LenPurity content requires permission unless the law allows the use.
Wellness and pest-control guides
Wellness pages do not provide personal diagnosis or treatment. Pest-control guides do not replace the product label or a professional inspection when an infestation is structural, widespread or persistent.
Third-party services and links
PayPal, delivery carriers and websites linked from LenPurity operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their services can change independently of LenPurity.
